TEAM EXLEY - BIO

We are a husband and wife real estate team who relocated from the San Francisco Bay Area 7 years ago after the birth of our first child. We were tired of being part of the "rat race", and wanted to find a nice community to raise our family.  After moving to Redding, it didn't take us long to consider it "home".

Prior to our move to Redding Jackie worked for a real estate investment firm in the San Francisco Bay Area as a Property Manager. She negotiated leases, organized tenant improvements and handled day-to-day operations for tenants occupying office and industrial properties. Scott's pre-real estate experience consists of nearly 20 years as a Sales Representative in the printing and graphic communications industry. We purchased some recreational land by Lake Shasta a couple of years before we moved here when we saw how affordable great properties were in Northern California. After that, the decision to specialize in these kinds of properties came easily.
